"And his daughter was Sheerah, who built Beth-horon the nether and the upper, and Uzzen-sheerah." — 1 Chronicles 7:24 (ASV)

Sherah could hardly have built the Palestinian cities mentioned here herself, as they must belong to a time no earlier than Joshua. By “she built,” we must understand that her descendants built them.
