Albert Barnes Commentary 2 Samuel 24:23

"all this, O king, doth Araunah give unto the king. And Araunah said unto the king, Jehovah thy God accept thee." — 2 Samuel 24:23 (ASV)

This can be read in one of two ways: either, "The whole, O king, Araunah gives to the king," or, "The whole, king Araunah gave to the king." The first option is preferable.
