"Forthwith therefore I sent to thee; and thou hast well done that thou art come. Now therefore we are all here present in the sight of God, to hear all things that have been commanded thee of the Lord." — Acts 10:33 (ASV)
You have done well. This is an expression of grateful feeling.
Before God. In the presence of God. It is implied that they believed that God saw them, and that they were assembled at his command, and that they were disposed to listen to his instructions.
