Albert Barnes Commentary Acts 13:35

"Because he saith also in another [psalm], Thou wilt not give Thy Holy One to see corruption." — Acts 13:35 (ASV)

Wherefore did. For the same purpose or goal. In proof of the same truth—that He must rise and live forever.

He saith. God says through David; or David declares the promises made by God.
