Albert Barnes Commentary Isaiah 26:12

"Jehovah, thou wilt ordain peace for us; for thou hast also wrought all our works for us." — Isaiah 26:12 (ASV)

You will ordain peace - The word ‘peace’ here seems to stand opposed to the evils of various kinds which they had experienced in the captivity at Babylon; and to refer not only to peace, but also to prosperity, and to the continued divine favor.

For you have wrought all our works in us - Or rather, ‘for us’ (לנוּ lânû). It is owing to your hand that we are saved.
