Albert Barnes Commentary Jeremiah 32:20

"who didst set signs and wonders in the land of Egypt, even unto this day, both in Israel and among [other] men; and madest thee a name, as at this day;" — Jeremiah 32:20 (ASV)

The sense is, who have set, that is, performed (Exodus 10:2) signs and so on, and have continued working them until this day, both in Israel and among other people (that is, the pagans).
