Albert Barnes Commentary John 17:7

"Now they know that all things whatsoever thou hast given me are from thee:" — John 17:7 (ASV)

They have known. They have been taught that and have believed it.

Have given me. This refers, undoubtedly, to the doctrine of Christ (John 17:8). They are assured that all my instructions are of God.
