"And the name of Amram`s wife was Jochebed, the daughter of Levi, who was born to Levi in Egypt: and she bare unto Amram Aaron and Moses, and Miriam their sister." — Numbers 26:59 (ASV)

whom her mother bare - literally, whom she bare; the subject is missing, and the verb is in the feminine gender. The words her mother are merely conjectural. The text is probably imperfect.
