SCRIPTURE
"He that is soon angry will deal foolishly; And a man of wicked devices is hated." — Proverbs 14:17 (ASV)
The contrast lies between two forms of evil. Hasty anger acts foolishly, but the “man of wicked devices,” vindictive and insidious, incurs everyone’s hatred.
