Albert Barnes Commentary Proverbs 21:12

"The righteous man considereth the house of the wicked, [How] the wicked are overthrown to [their] ruin." — Proverbs 21:12 (ASV)

Or, The Righteous One (Yahweh) regards well the house of the wicked, and makes the wicked fall into mischief.
