"Honor Jehovah with thy substance, And with the first-fruits of all thine increase:" — Proverbs 3:9 (ASV)

“Substance” points to capital, “increase” to revenue. The Septuagint, as if to guard against ill-gotten gains being offered as an atonement for their wrongful acquisition, inserts the qualifying words, “honor the Lord from your righteous labors.”
