"Then believed they his words; They sang his praise." — Psalms 106:12 (ASV)

Then believed they his words—in immediate view of his interventions on their behalf in leading them through the Red Sea, and in the destruction of their enemies.

They sang his praise—in the song composed by Moses on the occasion of their deliverance (Exodus 15:0).
