Albert Barnes Commentary Psalms 145:10

"All thy works shall give thanks unto thee, O Jehovah; And thy saints shall bless thee." — Psalms 145:10 (ASV)

All thy works shall praise thee - Or, do praise you; that is, all your works show what you are, and combine in setting forth your perfections. See the notes at Psalms 19:1.

And thy saints shall bless thee - Or, do bless you. All those who are holy in heaven and on earth, the angels around your throne, and your people below, all combine to proclaim your praise.
