"But thou, O Jehovah, art on high for evermore." — Psalms 92:8 (ASV)

But thou, Lord, art most high for evermore - In the treatment of the righteous and the wicked, you will maintain your own exalted place as a sovereign. Whatever may occur to people, God will maintain this exalted position as supreme over all.
