"And she fell down immediately at his feet, and gave up the ghost: and the young men came in and found her dead, and they carried her out and buried her by her husband." — Acts 5:10 (ASV)

Immediately (παραχρημα). Hence her death was regarded as supernatural like that of Ananias.

By her husband (προς τον ανδρα αυτης). Face to face to her husband.
