"But Jesus perceiving their reasonings, answered and said unto them, Why reason ye in your hearts?" — Luke 5:22 (ASV)

Perceiving (επιγνους). Same form (second aorist active participle of επιγινωσκω, common verb for knowing fully) in Mr 2:8.

Reason ye (διαλογιζεσθε) as in Mr 2:8. Matthew 9:4 has ενθυμεισθε.
