SCRIPTURE
"And they laughed him to scorn, knowing that she was dead." — Luke 8:53 (ASV)
Knowing that she was dead (ειδοτες οτ απεθανεν). That she died (απεθανεν), second aorist active indicative of αποθνησκω.
