A.T. Robertson Commentary Mark 12:26

"But as touching the dead, that they are raised; have ye not read in the book of Moses, in [the place concerning] the Bush, how God spake unto him, saying, I [am] the God of Abraham, and the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob?" — Mark 12:26 (ASV)

In the place concerning the Bush (επ του βατου). This technical use of επ is good Greek, in the matter of, in the passage about, the Bush. Βατος is masculine here, feminine in Lu 20:37. The reference is to Ex 3:3-6 (in the book of Moses, εν τη βιβλω).
