"And he charged them that they should tell no man of him." — Mark 8:30 (ASV)

Of him (περ αυτου). As being the Messiah, that he was the Christ (Matthew 16:20). Not yet, for the time was not yet ripe. When that comes, the triumphal entry into Jerusalem, the very stones will cry out, if men will not (Luke 19:40).
