"And he sent away the multitudes, and entered into the boat, and came into the borders of Magadan." — Matthew 15:39 (ASV)

The borders of Magadan (εις τα ορια Μαγαδαν). On the eastern side of the Sea of Galilee and so in Galilee again. Mark terms it Dalmanutha . Perhaps after all the same place as Magdala, as most manuscripts have it.
