"but now, I [say], I go unto Jerusalem, ministering unto the saints." — Romans 15:25 (ASV)

But now (νυν δε). Repeats the very words used in 23.

I go (πορευομα). Futuristic present as in Joh 14:2.

Ministering unto the saints (διακονον τοις αγιοις). Present active participle of purpose like ευλογουντα in Ac 3:26. This collection had been one of Paul's chief cares for over a year now (see 2Colossians 8; 9). See 2 Corinthians 8:4.
