"[even] us, whom he also called, not from the Jews only, but also from the Gentiles?" — Romans 9:24 (ASV)

But also from the Gentiles (αλλα κα εξ εθνων). Paul had already alluded to this fact in 9:6f. (cf. Galatians 3:7–9). Now he proceeds to prove it from the Old Testament.
