"And it shall be, [that] in the place where it was said unto them, Ye are not my people, There shall they be called sons of the living God." — Romans 9:26 (ASV)

Ye are not my people (ου λαος μου υμεις). Quotation from Ho 1:10 .

There (εκε). Palestine in the original, but Paul applies it to scattered Jews and Gentiles everywhere.
