"And the sons of Neariah: Elioenai, and Hizkiah, and Azrikam, three." — 1 Chronicles 3:23 (ASV)

Elioenai — unto Yah (are) my eyes, Psalms 123:1–2 — is an expansion of the same idea. (Compare also Psalms 25:15.) An Elioenai went up with Ezra (Ezra 8:4).
