SCRIPTURE
"He built Eloth, and restored it to Judah, after that the king slept with his fathers." — 2 Chronicles 26:2 (ASV)
He built. —Namely, it was he who built.
Eloth. —In Kings, Elath. The Idumean port on the Red Sea.
