"And they have emptied out the money that was found in the house of Jehovah, and have delivered it into the hand of the overseers, and into the hand of the workmen." — 2 Chronicles 34:17 (ASV)

Gathered together. — Poured out from the chest or chests. See 2 Kings 22:9, where “the doers of the work” are identified with “the overseers.”

And to ... the workmen. — And to ... the doers of the work.
