Charles Ellicott Commentary 2 Kings 25:14

"And the pots, and the shovels, and the snuffers, and the spoons, and all the vessels of brass wherewith they ministered, took they away." — 2 Kings 25:14 (ASV)

The snuffers. —Jeremiah 52:18 adds: and the sprinkling-bowls. The account there is in general more detailed than the present. (See 1 Kings 7:40; 1 Kings 7:50.)

Ministered. — Used to minister. Things belonging to the service of the brazen altar are enumerated in this verse.
