"And king Jehoram went out of Samaria at that time, and mustered all Israel." — 2 Kings 3:6 (ASV)

The same time. —Literally, in that day; which, in Hebrew, is a much less definite phrase than in English. The time intended is that when the Moabite refusal of tribute was received by Jehoram, who, on his accession, would demand it afresh.
