"So Gehazi followed after Naaman. And when Naaman saw one running after him, he alighted from the chariot to meet him, and said, Is all well?" — 2 Kings 5:21 (ASV)
He dismounted from the chariot to meet him. —An Eastern mark of respect. Literally, fell from the chariot: an expression denoting haste (Genesis 24:64). The Septuagint has “he turned,” which implies an ellipsis of “and descended.”
Is all well? —Naaman feared something might have happened to the prophet. The Septuagint omits this.
