"for the multitude of the people followed after, crying out, Away with him." — Acts 21:36 (ASV)

Away with him.—We remember that the very same cry had been raised at the time of the Crucifixion (Luke 23:18; John 19:15), and that it was used now with the same meaning with which it had been used then.
