"But go thou thy way till the end be; for thou shalt rest, and shalt stand in thy lot, at the end of the days." — Daniel 12:13 (ASV)

In your lot. —The reference is to the partition of Palestine by lot in the times of Joshua. In the same way, one greater than Joshua will divide the heavenly Canaan among His saints who follow Daniel in faith, firmness, and consistency. (See Colossians 1:12.)
