"And he said, Behold, I will make thee know what shall be in the latter time of the indignation; for it belongeth to the appointed time of the end." — Daniel 8:19 (ASV)

End of the indignation—that is, the revelation of God’s wrath at the end of the time of the prophecy.

At the time appointed—that is, the vision refers to the appointed time in the end.
