"And all the peoples of the earth shall see that thou art called by the name of Jehovah; and they shall be afraid of thee." — Deuteronomy 28:10 (ASV)

That you are called. —Literally, that the name of Jehovah has been called upon you.

And they shall be afraid of you. —Compare Jeremiah 33:9: And they shall fear and tremble for all the goodness and for all the prosperity, that I procure unto it (Jerusalem).
