SCRIPTURE
"If her father utterly refuse to give her unto him, he shall pay money according to the dowry of virgins." — Exodus 22:17 (ASV)
He shall pay money according to the dowry of virgins. —It is not stated what the amount was to be in this case; but probably it was more than in the other.
