Charles Ellicott Commentary Exodus 28:41

"And thou shalt put them upon Aaron thy brother, and upon his sons with him, and shalt anoint them, and consecrate them, and sanctify them, that they may minister unto me in the priest`s office." — Exodus 28:41 (ASV)

Thou shalt put them upon Aaron ... and his sons. — Moses was by these words commanded to take the part in the consecration of Aaron and his sons which he is described as having taken in Leviticus 8:6-30.

And shalt anoint them. — See the comment on Exodus 29:7-9.
