Charles Ellicott Commentary Exodus 6:8

"And I will bring you in unto the land which I sware to give to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob; and I will give it you for a heritage: I am Jehovah." — Exodus 6:8 (ASV)

I will give it you for an heritage: I am the Lord. —Hebrew, I will give it to you for an heritage, I Jehovah. The whole is one sentence and implies that, being Immutable and Eternal, He would assuredly give it to them.
