Charles Ellicott Commentary Ezekiel 28:12

"Son of man, take up a lamentation over the king of Tyre, and say unto him, Thus saith the Lord Jehovah: Thou sealest up the sum, full of wisdom, and perfect in beauty." — Ezekiel 28:12 (ASV)

You seal up the sum.— You mark it as complete or perfect. (Job 9:7.) The word for sum occurs only here and in Ezekiel 43:10, where it refers to the well-measured and arranged building of the Temple.
