Charles Ellicott Commentary Ezekiel 43:10

"Thou, son of man, show the house to the house of Israel, that they may be ashamed of their iniquities; and let them measure the pattern." — Ezekiel 43:10 (ASV)

Shew the house.— This is still in vision; “make known to the people the new Temple and its appointments,” that, seeing God’s gracious purposes, they may repent of their evil doings.

Let them measure the pattern.— That is, let them carefully consider and follow the provisions God had made for their worship. . Exactness in the observance of all positive enactments is a necessary result of a desire to serve God.
