Charles Ellicott Commentary Ezekiel 43:9

"Now let them put away their whoredom, and the dead bodies of their kings, far from me; and I will dwell in the midst of them for ever." — Ezekiel 43:9 (ASV)

Now let them. —This is not an imperative, but a simple future, as in Ezekiel 43:7. The house of Israel will now put away their abominations, and God will dwell in their midst for ever. Carcases = idols, as in Ezekiel 43:7.
