Charles Ellicott Commentary Habakkuk 3:4

"And [his] brightness was as the light; He had rays [coming forth] from his hand; And there was the hiding of his power." — Habakkuk 3:4 (ASV)

And his brightness was as the light... —Better, And there will be a brightness, like sunlight, and rays are at His side; and there [i.e., in this radiance] is the tabernacle of His power.
