"Ye have plowed wickedness, ye have reaped iniquity; ye have eaten the fruit of lies; for thou didst trust in thy way, in the multitude of thy mighty men." — Hosea 10:13 (ASV)

Your way. — By a slight change of the Hebrew word rendered this way, it acquires the meaning, your chariots, a reading followed by the Septuagint, Ewald, Kuinöl, and Nowack. It establishes a good parallelism and harmonizes with prophetic teaching (Hosea 14:3; Isaiah 2:7). The Masoretic text, however, gives a fine meaning.
