"Thou hast not brought me of thy sheep for burnt-offerings; neither hast thou honored me with thy sacrifices. I have not burdened thee with offerings, nor wearied thee with frankincense." — Isaiah 43:23 (ASV)

I have not caused thee to serve ... — The words practically imply the suspension of sacrifices during the exile. Jehovah had not imposed that bond service on them — had not wearied them with demanding incense when they were far away from the Temple to whose ritual it belonged.
