SCRIPTURE

"And I will feed them that oppress thee with their own flesh; and they shall be drunken with their own blood, as with sweet wine: and all flesh shall know that I, Jehovah, am thy Saviour, and thy Redeemer, the Mighty One of Jacob." — Isaiah 49:26 (ASV)

I will feed them that oppress you ... — The words are, of course, symbolic of the utter collapse, the self-destructive struggles of the enemies of Zion, that is, of the company, or Ecclesia, of the redeemed.

The mighty One of Jacob. — It is the same word, and a rare one, as in Isaiah 1:24.
