"Who are these that fly as a cloud, and as the doves to their windows?" — Isaiah 60:8 (ASV)

Who are these ... —The vision of the prophet brings before him the cloud-like sails of the ships that are bringing back the exiles over the Mediterranean and the Red Seas, hastening to their home like doves to their dovecote. (Compare to Hosea 11:11.)
