Charles Ellicott Commentary Job 18:15

"There shall dwell in his tent that which is none of his: Brimstone shall be scattered upon his habitation." — Job 18:15 (ASV)

It shall dwell in his tabernacle. —Or, “There shall dwell in his tent those who are not his,” or “which is no longer his”: that is, terrors shall dwell, or, “which is not his” may hint that it had been violently taken from someone else. Brimstone shall be scattered on his dwelling is probably an allusion to the cities of the plain (Genesis 19:0).
