Charles Ellicott Commentary Job 20:22

"In the fulness of his sufficiency he shall be in straits: The hand of every one that is in misery shall come upon him." — Job 20:22 (ASV)

The hand of everyone who is in misery will come upon him: that is, in retaliation, or possibly, but less probably, every blow from a miserable person, which can make a person miserable, will come upon him.
