"When they cast [thee] down, thou shalt say, [There is] lifting up; And the humble person he will save." — Job 22:29 (ASV)

There is lifting up. —This may be its meaning, but some understand it in a bad sense: “When men are cast down, then you will say, It was pride that caused their fall.”
