SCRIPTURE

"For let not wrath stir thee up against chastisements; Neither let the greatness of the ransom turn thee aside." — Job 36:18 (ASV)

Because there is wrath.For there is wrath: now, therefore, beware lest He take you away with one stroke, so that great ransom cannot deliver you. Literally it is, let not a great ransom deliver you, but the sense is probably like the Authorised Version.
