"Out of the chamber [of the south] cometh the storm, And cold out of the north." — Job 37:9 (ASV)

Out of the south. —Rather, out of its chamber comes the whirlwind, or typhoon: and cold from the northern constellations, from the quarter of the heavens where they shine.
