SCRIPTURE

"and in the seventh day the priest shall look on the scall; and, behold, if the scall be not spread in the skin, and the appearance thereof be not deeper than the skin; then the priest shall pronounce him clean: and he shall wash his clothes, and be clean." — Leviticus 13:34 (ASV)

And in the seventh day. — If at the end of the second week of quarantine the priest sees that none of the symptoms that generally indicate this disease have appeared, he is to pronounce him clean. Subsequently, after performing the necessary ablutions, he is restored to the privileges of the sanctuary. (See Leviticus 13:6.)

Be in sight deeper than the skin. — Better: is in appearance deeper than the other skin.
